2. What data we collect and why
We collect only what is necessary:

Google Analytics loads only after you accept analytics cookies. If you choose essential cookies only, no analytics script is loaded and no usage data leaves your browser. We run no advertising or retargeting trackers at all.
3. How long we keep your data
- Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe.
- Contact form messages: up to 2 years, then deleted.
- Order data: 10 years, as required by Czech and EU accounting law.
4. Who we share data with
We share data only with service providers directly necessary to fulfil your order or run our website (e.g. hosting provider, payment processor once active). We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes.
If you accept analytics cookies, usage data is also processed by Google Ireland Limited on our behalf, and may be transferred outside the EU under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
5. Your rights under GDPR
As a data subject in the EU you have the right to:
- Access: request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Rectification: ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Erasure: ask us to delete your data where there is no overriding legal basis to retain it.
- Portability: receive your data in a machine-readable format.

- Withdraw consent: unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, email office@epiaoliveoil.com. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

We use only essential cookies required for the shopping cart and language preference. No advertising or analytics cookies are set without your explicit consent.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page with a revised date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
