EPIA sells one oil in two formats, both from the same family grove above the Messinian Gulf near Kalamata. The olives are 100% Koroneiki, picked by hand each November while still green, and pressed at a local mill within hours at temperatures below 27°C. Nothing is blended and nothing is added. Acidity is verified below 0.8% by an independent laboratory, and the report is available on request. Current stock is the 2025/2026 pressing.

Olive growing runs in the family across generations. The oil is sold direct by a Greek and Romanian couple based in Prague, which is why the shop runs in English, Romanian, and Czech.

- No polyphenol figure. Koroneiki is naturally a high-polyphenol variety, but EPIA has not had its own polyphenol content measured, so no mg/kg number should be quoted and no EU health claim applies.
- Not certified organic. The grove is a small family operation that has not pursued certification. No claim is made about pesticide or fertilizer use either way.
